This Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit artemiyepstein.com or submit an inquiry about operations, project management, website development, business software, or related services.

• company name and optional company website;
• the service or product type that interests you;
• your inquiry, business problem, desired outcome, and other information included in the message;
• technical data used by the form provider for delivery, security, and spam protection, such as IP address, browser type, submission time, and referring page.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Please do not submit special-category or other sensitive personal data through the forms.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Personal data is processed only as necessary to receive and respond to your inquiry, take steps at your request before a possible service contract, continue relevant business correspondence, protect the website and forms from abuse and spam, meet applicable legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims.

The principal legal grounds are steps requested before entering a contract and the legitimate interest in handling business inquiries and protecting the communication channel. The checkbox confirms that you have read this Policy; it is not consent to marketing, and the site does not contain a newsletter subscription.

4. Service providers and recipients

• Formspree, Inc. receives contact-form data, supports spam prevention, and forwards the inquiry. Read the Formspree Privacy Policy and security information.
• Google Workspace is used to receive and handle messages sent to info@artemiyepstein.com. Read the Google Privacy Policy.
• GitHub Pages hosts the website and may process standard technical request and security data. Form content is sent by your browser directly to Formspree and is not stored in the public website repository. Read the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own direct marketing.

5. International transfers

Some service providers operate outside Serbia or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are subject to an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, contractual controls, and technical security measures.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and reasonably continue the conversation, normally no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication. If an inquiry leads to a contract, relevant correspondence and business records may be retained longer when required by Serbian tax, accounting, or other law, or to protect legal claims.

The site currently does not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or a web analytics service. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data necessary to provide and protect their services.

Contact-form data is not used for profiling, automated decision-making, model training, or automated AI processing as part of responding to the inquiry.
